HELL BENT STEEL SHIPPING POLICY

Hell Bent Steel wants to get your order to you as quickly as possible for an affordable price. All orders are processed and shipped within one business day of confirmed payment. We use several carriers including UPS, United States Postal Service and FedEx. Please include complete shipping information through the checkout process.

Unless otherwise specified, all HBS leveling kits are shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping and handling is FREE everywhere within the US. Transit times within the US is 2-3 business days as estimated by the USPS. All leveling kits will ship within one day of confirmed payment. In order to avoid delays in shipping, please provide a PO box or valid street address. Please confirm that the United States Postal Service will deliver to the provided shipping address. If the kit is returned to Hell Bent Steel due to an insufficient or invalid shipping address, the buyer will be charged $15 for shipping the item a second time.

Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $40 US (please include phone number with the order). Transit time to Canada is 7-14 business days. All leveling kits will ship within one day of confirmed payment. Shipping to other international locations including South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa is available. Please email or call to make arrangements. Other shipping arrangements can be made if necessary. USPS will email you to confirm your product has shipped. Other products offered through Hell Bent Steel will be shipped by the most efficient method available. Smaller items maybe shipped either UPS or USPS. Larger items will be shipped with UPS.

HELL BENT STEEL RETURN POLICY

Please make sure you order the right kit for your truck; call or email if you are unsure. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned products. If you order the wrong kit an additional shipping charge of $15 applies for a replacement kit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please re-pack products in a manner that will ensure the product is received in new condition. Ship the kit back to the return address on the shipping label. Please include name, address, phone number and reason for return. Thank you.
