The all new HELL BENT STEEL Dodge Ram Steering Stabilizer is designed to provide support for your Dodge Ram steering gear box.


Our recently released HBS Dodge Ram Steering Stabilizer is designed and built to the high-quality standards for which HELL BENT STEEL is known! The HBS Dodge Ram Steering Stabilizer is constructed from heavy-duty steel with specially formulated corrosion-resistant powder coating. The stabilizer bar has a simple bolt-on installation for immediate results.


Description

Why do you need a steering stabilizer?


The HELL BENT STEEL Dodge Ram Steering Stabilizer will dramatically reduce or eliminate the play in the steering, also known as steering "wander," for which Dodge trucks are notorious!
In a stock solid axle Dodge Ram, as the wheels turn left and right the sector shaft in the gear box is repeatedly loaded and unloaded from the side. This sideways loading will, over time, wear out the internal components of your steering gearbox causing it to fail. The HBS Dodge Ram Steering Stabilizer carries the side-acting loads which allows the shaft to move freely and dramatically extends the life of the gearbox.


IMPORTANT NOTE:


The HBS Dodge Ram Steering Stabilizer is not intended or designed to be used as a replacement for a worn-out gearbox or other steering components. The stabilizer bar will extend the life of a properly functioning steering gearbox.


Specifications:


-Bearing mounting plate is constructed from heavy-duty 1/4" thick steel:
-HBS Dodge Ram Steering Stabilizer bar is constructed from heavy-wall steel tube; this is superior to fabricated sheet-metal designs
-Sector shaft is CNC machined from high-strength steel
-High-grade (Grade 8 or higher) OEM hardware is included with each kit
-Hardware pack has everything necessary for one complete install
-Simple bolt-on installation for immediate results

combination with other HBS Dodge Ram leveling/lift kit and accessories:

-Dodge Ram 2" Leveling kit (Part Number: 110-200-001)
-Dodge Ram 2.5" Leveling kit (Part Number: 110-250-001)
-Dodge Ram 2.5" Leveling kit with Anti Sway Bar Drop Brackets (Part Number: 154-250-001)
-Dodge Ram Leveling completer kit (Part Number: 150-000-001)

    Quick shipping from US to Canada. Installed in less than an hour with minimal effort. My truck only has 45,000 miles and was fairly solid in the front end. After installing the HBS steering stabilizer and I also replaced the track bar bushings, my truck drives better then the day I drove it off the lot. Great product, easy install, a must for all 2500/3500 ram owners ! Really tightens up a sloppy dodge

    Put this piece on my 06' Mega Cab and it does do what it is meant to. My truck already drove good so I didn't expect much, but it did make a noticeable difference. The steering is definitely tighter and more stable on rough country roads. It was easy to install and good quality. It's a good idea for a stock truck and definitely recommended for larger tires.

    I bought the stabilizer online Sunday night from AZ. was at my house by Wednesday noon. Product went on in 30 minutes. Haven't had a chance to see how it works yet but is as advertised, seems to be quality for the money spent. Good product, Fast shipping, good price. I will update this if it doesn't turn out.

    What a difference! I have an '05 2500 with large tires and the steering was getting a little loose and not wanting to track as well as it used to. The stabilizer was easy to install and took me less then an hour. The handling is better now then it was when I bought the truck brand new. It tracks rock solid and the road feel in the steering wheel is much improved. Thanks for a great product at the best price I could find.

    This product is a must for any dodge ram. and even more with any lift you add to your truck. the quality is great and ehances the steering on the truck. it takes the sloppy out of dodges well know problem. also ease of install makes this a great and must buy
