Description

The 1/4" hot P.O. steel plate is precision CNC cut.
Our heavy wall tubing is a superior load-bearing member to ensure maximum stability. We use OEM style GRADE 10.9 pressed in studs, which are much stronger than grade 5 or even grade 8, as seen in similar kits. We use our custom designed, American-made broaching stud for superior strength. Look for the "HBS" on the head of the stud to ensure you have the authentic HBS spacer!
Our robotic-pulsed welding produces an aerospace grade weld that is higher quality than the short arc weld found on similar products. The spacer is welded all the way around on the outside diameter of the tubing, rather than being skip welded by hand on the inside. There is no chance of the welds interfering with the shock in any way. Take a look at the unfinished close-up pictures to see the quality of our welds.
The powder coating finish has been specially formulated for this product application. Paint just won't cut it!
OEM toplock flange nuts are included with every kit to ensure a proper torque specification can be met on install on maintained throughout wear.

Just got done installing my 2.5" leveling kit on my 2008 Ram 1500, and my truck looks even better than it did before. Ran into a few hiccups during the install, called tech support, and Chris was the epitome of how tech support should be. Great service from HBS, and a great quality product. I've already recommended this product to a few buddies of mine that own Rams.

Just installed the 2.5 leveling kit on my 08 Ram. looks great, like a 4x4 should. I needed new struts, so while I was at it I decided to install the kit .It did take a little effort, but well worth it. Was concerned about alignment, so I took it right to the alignment shop and just a few minor adjustment it was right. I would highly recommend this product.

I installed the kit in my driveway. It was very easy to install. The quality of the kit was better than most kits I found that cost 2 & 3 times more. It wasn't quite level but it was very close and made a big differense in the way the truck looked and didn't change the ride quality. It didn't change my cv axle angels to much and that was very important. Could stand a little more lift from the kit to level the 2010 model.

Had these installed on my 2010 Ram 1500 quad cab 4WD by a local tire shop, they work nice to make the truck look like it should, nice and leveled out. These parts are top quality and shipping and everything went fine.

I did end up needing wheel spacers because my rims didn't have enough offset for the big tires (like 305 wide), but 35" will probably clear fine as long as your spacing and tire width stays in the wheel well. I have a little bit of rub against the fenders with these, 1 3/4" hub centric wheel spacers and my weird rims, but I'm sure it can all work fine if you know installation better.

5 stars for a high quality part that works as advertised. These spacers will probably outlive the rest of the truck. : )

I installed this kit quickly after I purchased my new ram last year. The fit and finish are great, and install was somewhat straight forward. I still wish Hellbent made a 3" kit because I was still a few degrees from level, but I was able to clear 295's with ease and was happy with the overall results. After a year of use, and some abuse, I can say the product has held up well, no issues with front end wear or anomalies sometimes associated with leveling kits. Good solid product at a good price. Thanks

I just installed this kit on my 2008 Ram 1500 and it leveled the truck to just the height I wanted, Plus, the install was exactly like the directions showed. I highly recommend this kit!
