Description

The 1/4" hot P.O. steel plate is precision CNC cut.
Our heavy wall tubing is a superior load-bearing member to ensure maximum stability. We use OEM style GRADE 10.9 pressed in studs, which are much stronger than grade 5 or even grade 8, as seen in similar kits. We use our custom designed, American-made broaching stud for superior strength. Look for the "HBS" on the head of the stud to ensure you have the authentic HBS spacer!
Our robotic-pulsed welding produces an aerospace grade weld that is higher quality than the short arc weld found on similar products. The spacer is welded all the way around on the outside diameter of the tubing, rather than being skip welded by hand on the inside. There is no chance of the welds interfering with the shock in any way. Take a look at the unfinished close-up pictures to see the quality of our welds.
The powder coating finish has been specially formulated for this product application. Paint just won't cut it!
OEM toplock flange nuts are included with every kit to ensure a proper torque specification can be met on install on maintained throughout wear.

super easy instal. looks amazing, completely leveled my truck out .. and this thing is tough I've done all but explode my truck and its still there in one piece no rust no cracks its like brand new ... great product guys

This product is of awesome quality. I would buy again in a heartbeat. My truck looks so good now, I love it. 00, 2500 cummins with stock wheels and 265/75 tires now I can go bigger on tires and wheels. Only issue I have with it is my axle is now shifted to the left about an inch. I'm gonna have to buy the adjustable track bar to get it back on center. With the extra height the stock bar is to short.

I purchased the 2" Leveling Kit for my 1999 Ram 1500 over two years ago. It was a relatively simple install and has held up great! I ran 33x12.50x15 generic mudders for a bit after installing it, however since I do primarily highway driving the added weight dropped my MPG down and now I'm runnin' 285 Nittos. The Leveling kit gave me the space to clear both options, with room to spare!

I am extremely pleased with the workman ship & finish of these spacers, they fit great, were very easy to install, gave plenty of room to stuff my 285's lock to lock with chains on, I would recommend these to anyone that knows how to use basic hand tools and has an afternoon to do some wrenching.

Everything in the descriptions and reviews is dead on- solid part, top notch quality. My 98 is perfectly leveled, giving me full turning ability with my 33x12.5x15 Goodyear duratracs on fat Mickey Thompson rims. Took me and a buddy, both with basic auto knowledge, bout 2 hours with basic tools. His Rancho leveling kit on his 06 ram cost roughly 3x more and over 6 months has already sagged over half an inch. Hell Bent Steel is the best price and the best quality, hands down. And the company logo is kickass too.

I received the 2" leveling kit from my wife as a gift. The install was quick and painless, immediately I could see the quality in the product as well. Currently running 285/75 tires flawlessly and will be going up to a 315 and don't see any reason why I can't. If you're wanting bigger tires but don't want to spend the money on a full lift this product is for you!

I have a 2011 dodge ram 2500 with a hell bent 2" leveling kit with 35" Nitto trail Grapplers on stock wheels. I researched several brands before deciding to call Hell Bent but after the nice ladies friendly knowledge and assurance I was sold. The product is nothing less then was promised, and for the money I can't see how some of these other companies justify their prices. Only complain is it took me and a buddy alot longer to install then directions said.

I bouht my HBS 2" leveling kit for my 95 Ram 1500 4x4 two years ago. I have had great performance from it. It leveled my truck within an Eigth of an inch to perfectly level to the rear. I have one spot where the powder coat came off but other than that, Hell Bent Steel makes great products built to last

Great kit soo much better than my 1/4" stock spacer gives plenty of room for my 35x12.5 mudders. Makes the truck look better not sagging down in front. About 3.5 hours for install at my pace. Plenty cheap for the result!
